COVID 19 UPDATE

As an online shop we are still opperating at this time. To ensure we comply with the lastest lockdown rules as of 24/03/2020 we will now only be posting orders on Mondays and Thursdays.  Order cut off time will be 9am on the morning of Monday or Thursday for dispatch that day.  All parcels are sent via Royal Mail, First Class post usually takes 1-2 days from despatch and Second Class 3-5 days from despatch.  We have also extended our returns window for you to 28 days during this period. As with any other post you can attach stamps to your return parcel and drop it into a post box during your alloted daily excercise or you can purchase post online via Royal Mail, Hermes etc to ensure you do not need to come into contact with anyone outside of your household.  If you have any queries don't hesitate to email us at [email protected]

While all of our breastfeeding clothes are made of jersey fabric which has a stretch they are not designed to have a maternity fit.  Our garments are produced in standard UK dress sizes, however just as you are probably needing a different size bra during breastfeeding you may need a different size top or dress.  We strongly recommend using our size guide before purchase ensure you pick the correct size, this can be found on each individual product description and has been created with the help of a team of breastfeeding mums.

First Class Delivery to the UK is £3.99.  Royal Mail estimate that delivery will be 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Second Class to the UK £2.99 Royal Mail estimate that delivery will be 2-4 working days from dispatch.

We aim to post all in-stock items next working day and always within within 2 working days. 

We ship worldwide, add your items to your basket and select your destination country at the checkout to view specific shipping rates.  Worldwide delivery times will vary (including delivery to mainland Ireland) please contact us for more details.  Any additional customs charges will be the buyers responsibility to pay and not that of hotMaMa.  

We understand that judging your size post pregnancy can be tricky and we want you to love wearing our clothes so we offer our online customers a full refund for unwanted items within 14 working days of receipt. We will refund the full garment cost (not the postage). At present we do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to try a different style or size, please return your items and place a separate order online which will be processed within the usual time frame. Items should be unwashed and still in their original packaging. Please be careful when trying on clothes as perfume or deodorant can stain clothing and we will not be able to offer refunds on these items as they are not fit for resale. Clothes that smell of smoke cannot be accepted either. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item it can be returned and we will refund you the full price along with the return postage costs. Returns are processed within 7 working days once received (although usually it is much quicker than this!)

Refunds for item(s) from an order which had a discount or promotion applied will be calculated as follows: Where a discount has been applied to the entire Order, e.g. "£10 off" The discount will be applied evenly across the items ordered. If four items were ordered, then each item returned would include £2.50 of discount. If a % discount was applied, then the % would apply to each item.

If a Promotion was applied, i.e. "Buy One Get One Free", all items in the promotion must be returned, for a refund, otherwise the missing item will be charged at the current price.

A return address will be printed on your dispatch note.  Please return your item unworn and in the original packaging to this address. Don't forget to include the compliment slip included with your original order when returning an item so that we know who to issue the refund to.   We are a small family business, so if you would like to tell us why you are returning your order too that can be really helpful for us to improve our products in the future. 

Please be aware that we do not cover return postage costs. You are responsible for your items until they reach us, so you should get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or send as special delivery if you prefer.   We cannot accept liability for loss or damage during their return transit.

Refunds on a purchased item will only be paid once we receive and have accepted the condition of the product returned. Postage will only be refunded if we have made an error in shipping the wrong item or there is a fault.

If you are returning an item from outside of the UK please note that it is a 'RETURN' on the customs form or it will incur an additional customs charge which will be deducted from your refund.
